Job Role:

Customer Service Executive (Voice / Blended Process)

Location:

Sector 44, Gurugram

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
Assist customers in choosing the right insurance plans
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Work with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Preferred)
High School Diploma Minimum Qualification

Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Customer handling ability
Problem solving skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Salary:

Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA (Depending on experience)
